Privacy policy for Kymolog.

This policy covers the Kymolog website. Last updated 2026-10-03. It covers the website only. It does not describe data inside a Kymolog deployment, including a research store hosted in our cloud; each customer's agreement with us covers that.

Who we are

Saga IT LLC ("we") operates this site at kymolog.com. Questions about this policy go to info@saga-it.com.

What we collect

The demo form

When you request a demo we collect what you type. Those are your first and last name, work email, organization, role, whether you are interested in integration, research or both, and an optional message. We also record the page you sent it from and, when your visit came from a link with campaign parameters, those parameters. The site keeps those campaign parameters in your browser's session storage, which clears when you close the tab. Please do not include patient information in the message.

Site measurements

The site measures itself with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records page views and Core Web Vitals in aggregate, and with our own beacon at /api/event, which records page timing metrics with the page path and nothing that identifies you.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile runs a challenge in your browser and sends its result to Cloudflare; see Cloudflare's privacy policy. When you submit the form, our endpoint passes your IP address to Turnstile's check and uses it as a rate-limit key that expires after about 15 minutes.

Theme preference

The site offers a light and dark toggle. The choice is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.

Cookies and the HubSpot tracker

HubSpot's tracking script loads only after a visitor consents to tracking, and this site does not ask for that consent yet, so the script is not loaded and no HubSpot tracking cookie is set. Form submissions reach HubSpot only through our server-side form endpoint, a Cloudflare Worker that passes them to the HubSpot Forms API. Cloudflare may set a cookie on its own challenges.cloudflare.com domain while Turnstile runs; that cookie is Cloudflare's and carries no personal data of ours.

How we use your details

  • To reply to your request and plan next steps with you.
  • To keep a record of that conversation in our HubSpot account.
  • To keep the site working, measure its performance and keep bots out.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your details for advertising.

Who processes it

  • HubSpot processes form submissions as our CRM and stores our notes about them. HubSpot privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare hosts the site, runs Turnstile and the rate limiting that protects the form, and provides Web Analytics and the analytics store behind our beacon. Cloudflare privacy policy.

We keep request records for as long as we need them to follow up and keep a business record, and delete them on request.

Where it is processed

Saga IT LLC is based in the United States. HubSpot and Cloudflare process your details in the United States and in other countries where they operate.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it. Email info@saga-it.com and we will answer within 30 days.

Children

This site is written for professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect details from children.
